Have you nailed the soap making basics and now looking for a little more finesse in your finished product? This is the next stage soap making class for you.
Spend 3 hours with me at my workshop in Poundbury, Dorset and learn how to create patterns, layers , swirls in your soap.
Learn why the thickness of your batter matters and how to control it to get the effect that you want.
Understand why a specific recipe may not be right for your chosen technique.
Learn more about using colours in your soap and in what quantities.
During your 3 hours I will talk you through 2 different designs techniques and demo 1.
You will also make and take home 2 batches of soap that you have made using different techniques.
Cake and hot/cold drinks will be provided.
To take this course you will need a basic level of soap making knowledge, ie have taken a beginner course with me or elsewhere or have made soap yourself and be fairly confident.
