Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available if you need to cancel more than 2 weeks before your chosen date just let me know and I will do the rest.
A 50% refund will be given between 2 weeks and 72 hours before your chosen date and if I can fill your position then the remaining 50% will be refunded. I will do my very best to fill the gap but of course there are no guarantees.
Any cancellation within 72 hours will incur the full cost as I will have no option but to run the workshop even if numbers fall below minimum.
Minimum numbers are 2, maximum 6, and if just 1 person is booked on an alternative date or refund will be offered.
In the event that you cancel within 2 weeks and incur a payment I will ensure you continue to receive a copy of the comprehensive workshop notes.
If I have to cancel the workshop due to illness or unforseen circumstances I will notify you as soon as I am able by email and telephone if I have a number for you. You will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. This will only ever be a last resort for me but bear in mind I am just one person and human, if you are booking accommodation or have travel expenses I cannot be responsible for those.
Please note, public group classes are only suitable for age 16. Private groups are suitable for age 11 plus.
Upon purchase you will receive a PDF download by email with further information for participants including where the workshop is held and parking information.
A reminder will emailed to you a couple of days prior to your workshop.
