Come along and spend a day with me and learn how to make solid versions of your usual daily products.
We will be taking a look at what goes in to the products we use in the shower and how we can make plastic free versions of those with high quality, mild and gentle ingredients including eco certified emulsifiers and surfactants.
During the day we will make the following
Solid Shampoo Bars (Not Soap Based) - 4 x 60g bars approx
Solid Conditioner Bars - 4 x 60g bars approx
Solid 'Use in the Shower' Moisturising Bar - 4 x 50g bars approx
Cleansing Face Putty - my version of Lush's Angels on Bare Skin cleanser. - 2 x 50g tin.
Menthol Shower Steamers x 4
You will also be able to pick from a selection of essential oils to fragrance your products and colours too if you like a bit of colour in your life.
This is a great opportunity to come along and find out a little more about how you can be more sustainable in the shower at home.
Classes are held in my dedicated workshop at 33 Great Cranford Street, Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 3SQ . You will be welcomed with a tea, coffee and of course cake is included during your day. There is plenty of free on street parking. Lunch is not included so you will need a packed lunch or there is a small Waitrose just around the corner.
