Terms & Conditions for Business Growth Audit

1. Service Overview

The Business Growth Audit provides a comprehensive review of your soap or skincare business and offers a tailored action plan. The audit includes a pre-meeting questionnaire, a one-hour Zoom consultation, and a follow-up report within 5 business days.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Complete the pre-audit questionnaire with accurate information.
• Attend the scheduled Zoom call on time.
• Implement the recommendations provided at your discretion.

3. Scope of the Audit

The audit is designed to provide strategic business guidance. However, it does nont guarantee specific financial outcomes, sales growth, or other measurable success, as these depend on your execution and market conditions.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary business information shared during the audit. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless you have opted in to Klarna. Payment is non-refundable once the audit process begins.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling of the Zoom call is allowed with 24 hours’ notice. Failure to attend the scheduled call without notice may result in forfeiting the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

While all efforts are made to provide accurate and actionable advice, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the audit.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the audit report are for your personal use and may not be distributed, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the UK courts.
